Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any retainer provided to dhesthetics for services is NON-REFUNDABLE. Retainer can be transferred to new appointment if rescheduling with appropriate notice. No-showing an appointment or canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the appointment total being due before rebooking. 24 hours notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in cancellation policy being applied. If arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be cancelled at my discretion based on time constraints & will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Any service rendered, completed and paid for in full is NON-REFUNDABLE. With that being said, I do take pride in the quality of my work and if you have any issues with the service provided within the first 48 hours, please reach out and we will come to a reasonable solution.
