Service Description

TRAINING ONLY. I require you to purchase your equipment & solutions seperately. Why? Because everyones business is different. I wouldn't want you purchasing something JUST because that's what is in the kit provided. I will work with you closely to choose a kit that best suits your business needs. I have a list of suppliers & brands, so kit costs vary greatly, meaning we'll be able to find something within your budget. Training will be done with my equipment in studio, meaning there's no rush to purchase a kit. I have found this works best for my students as it means they do not have to spend lots of money up front, & can spread the cost out in a way that works for them!

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICIES: Any deposit provided to dhesthetics for services is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. No-showing an appointment or canceling with less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the appointment total being due before rebooking. 48 hours notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. Rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in cancellation policy being applied. If arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it may be cancelled at my discretion based on time constraints & will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. Any service rendered, completed and paid for in full is NON-REFUNDABLE. With that being said, I do take pride in the quality of my work and if you have any issues with the service provided within the first 48 hours, please reach out and we will come to a reasonable solution.
